I don't know where the rumour came from that Ilca has never touched a game before came from they have a bunch of great games under their name but it just happens BDSP won't be one of those

Because they didn't make those games. Other developers made those games and hired Ilca as support developers. In this case, Ilca is actually making the games themselves. They obviously have experience working on games, but not making one themselves.
