I want Empoleon's Mega Evolution to have elements of a warship.

Torterra's Mega Evolution would be a microplanet. Not just a tiny garden, but the appearance of a small world on its back, Small ocean, small mountain, small island, even a tiny volcano. All in addition to the large tree.

Infernape's a no-brainer. Just make it Super Saiyan or Ultra Instinct

torterra need solid rock or ideally thick fat, anything to reduce that ice weakness
infernape will be good no matter what ability it gets, iron fist or adaptability will be fine for it
