I think it looks like shovelware, and i'm already underwhelmed on the high chance that it's a remake of Diamond and Pearl rather than Platinum which is the game I prefer.

What good could BDSP possibly accomplish that i'm not thinking of? There's people excited for it so I must be missing something other than muh nostalgia.
