Either present an alternative way of criticizing the visual fidelity of the game, give constructive criticism on ways to simplify the information I provided if it's too "yawnfag" for your deep fried attention span, or go fist yourself.
Those are your choices.
If you don't understand what's so blatantly wrong with the games, and don't give enough of a fuck, go ahead and keep enabling them by buying it.
Imagine if you loved a band as a kid, and they used to make genuinely good music. You get older, and the band stagnates, and starts to phone it in. They fuck up in ways, instruments not tuned right, they get rid of unique instruments and stylistic choices key to their sound...
Years later, the day has finally come, they're finally going to hold a concert covering music from their old days. You have lower expectations, because they're kinda washed up, but you're still cautiously optimistic at what could be.
You show up to the concert, and instead of the band you expected, a bunch of frightened dudes in wigs and dressed up like the band are shoved out onto the stage by the actual band, who's sitting behind them.
The concert starts, and they're tone deaf and can barely play their instruments- it sounds fucking aweful! You're pissed as hell! But you look around you, only to find that almost everyone else at the concert is cheering and clapping their hands, wincing when they hit a wrong note, but it's as if they all pretend not to hear it. You ask them why they aren't pissed, and one of them responds with "dude lol it's the same song, there's nothing wrong with it!"
Another person responds with "I love their unique sound!"
And finally, another responds "Lol if you don't like it, you can just go listen to the old albums."
Fucking Pokémon fans.
