It became pretty obvious to me it was a one time thing when SWSH also adapted some elements of Go and Home made LG's Go Park pointless.
Unless people REALLY loved the waggle capture, there's no point in a Lets Go subseries.

it was just a kanto special from the beginning.

even masuda said they weren't planning any more at the moment in an interview.
it's safe to say it was a flop. the most shilled and known region, kanto, with boosted sales from the switch only managed to sell 10m copies, i mean odyssey sold double and thats not even in the top 5 switch games iirc. just imagine how low new let's gos would sell.
