Nebby: I just love the idea of the legendary being a character you’ve known since the beginning. You and Lillie playing the flutes make it feel like a coming of age ritual.

SwSh wolves: Similar to Nebby but this makes the entire story feel like a retelling of a medieval myth. The fog and song having their howls were also cool

The cutscenes for the XY box legendaries deserve a mention too
The "camerawork" mixed with your player character's intimidated expression and body language makes you feel small compared to them. It sets them off as formidable, even it is for a very brief moment
Plus, the cutscene was all in one shot with no cuts, which is always nice
