>>46411725It's a good game, but it's disappointing because it barely adds anything new. At least the gameplay is different, so in that way it feels like a new experience. It's good by itself but disappointing in the context it came out. Kind of worrying about the future of the Pokémon franchise as a whole, but this is just another effect of the Let's Go and Sword and Shield style games. This is probably how I'll feel about the Diamond and Pearl remakes, more or less, except it looks like the experience they will offer will be even more unoriginal than the PMD remake. At least the PMD remake changed the graphics and the gameplay. I didn't think they would make a remake that also tries to copy the graphics as well. It's stupid.
