Dialga needs an ability which sets a trick room that shuts down all forms of priority and stat changes. Palkia needs no guard on steroids. Giratina can get a fun gimmick like setting up an inverse room

Dialga gets time abuse as a mechanic. Going first when it is slower, being able to take multiple actions per turn, and absorb opponents into time.
