To put that into perspective, base 10 offense at +6 maxes out at 520 with full investment, and base 5 speed at +6 maxes out at 476 with full investment.
It would be the equivalent of a mon with 108 attack and 95 speed learning Dragon Dance, and that's without reducing the user's defenses to the equivalent of base 44 with a 20 base HP.
