If we only got Legends everyone would make fun of people asking for straight Sinnoh remakes. Obviously if we only got BDSP the entire board would be negative. But there’s a balance. The DP experience *Is* getting an update and the style to me is a statement that the developers aren’t going to overexert themselves on the remakes but use what they have to bring back Gen 4. And obviously, the bigger attention is on Legends, which excels SWSH in ambition and graphics.
If we got a minute long glimpse of Sinnoh in SWSH style no one here would be that excited. What could they add, new gmax forms and a wild area coronet? It would have been underwhelming and everyone would still complain. It’s a literal pattern at this point, this board is exactly like pre-SWSH now.
