Clever use of Choice Band Accelerock would definitely improve his viability. It offers 1-2 hit KOs on many Pokemon, but you'd need a lot of clever switching to get the most out of it.

its a wall breaker so giving it accelerock would help in the sense that you could threaten a pokemon out bluffing your revenge kill but click something like head smash or zen or whatever. basically it gets more options of when to come in because it can threaten other pokemon out and do its job. id probably never click accelerock unless i had to revenge a set up mon or something. i just dont think this fixes his issue of being slow, frail, and a mediocre offensive type.

Better idea, just make his special attack 0 and dump it all into speed and health. There, I not only fixed your shitmon but made him one of the best rock types in the entire game.
