Just deciding as i go. Thinking about boxing this team when i beat the Elite four and starting fresh as I venture to Kanto to help with the shit leveling.

Like this team in general but Tyranitar holds a special place in my heart. My older brother was like a god to me when we were younger since he knew everything about the games. I saw the 4th Pokémon movie and told him I wanted a Tyranitar but didn’t know where it was (at the time I didn’t know Johto was a thing).

So fast forward to when I got Gold for my birthday, I was already hyped. I was confused when I saw my game was already started. Looked at my party and I had a Cyndaquil and an Egg. He told me to walk around until it hatched until I saw Larvitar pops up. I’m hyped but didn’t know what it’d turn into. He tells me to keep it as it’s a trade for later in the game. Eventually I got my Tyranitar after defeating Lance which was a super cool feeling. That felt like my own version of the Togepi Egg sidequest

Latest playthrough I used Typhlosion, Piloswine, Crobat, Bellossom, Miltank, and Dragonite.

I went through the game with the starter only (Meganium) and then I trained up specific mons I liked like Azumarill, Xatu, Espeon, Murkrow and Houndoom.
