context: OP is a hoarder and has dozens of cases of the newest TCG set shining fates which is becoming incredibly rarer and harder to find for casual players and the cards are skyrocketing in value on the secondary market, meaning people aren't buying this set for the actual product but to try and turn it around and make a quick profit

I'm honestly shocked stuff like this isn't illegal, or at the very least causes TPC to break off with sellers that don't limit per customer.
All this does is discourage people from getting into the hobby. Excitement for cards is pretty much exclusively contained in the scalper side of this shitfest.

but there's 500+ of them there too. tpci announced reprints before the set released. people already weren't buying at scalper prices and the general consensus now that its released is that its kind of a shit set outside of the shiny zards. Plagued with print errors too
