I don't think the chibi links awakeningish models look as bad as people are making them out to be (though its a shame the game isnt as polished & detailed as link's awakening), but I'm still left wondering what the fucking point is? (this applies to zelda remakes too). Like, I know something like metroid ZM or mario 64ds is devisive by nature and a bit of a gamble, but why bother making the same thing with no changes, or keeping the graphical limitations in tact, or in pokemon's case, removing more features than you added in the third version. just why? why bother if its inferior to emerald or platinum? why bother making it chibi if its being remade on the switch? hell the 3ds proved to run n64 era zelda and even ps2 looking kingdom hearts perfectly fine, so I'm just baffled by all this and how people are defending it. end rant. pic related is Gamefreak/TPC.
