A actual new PMD game has more value, even if it would be worse than a Sky remake. Fancier graphics isn't going to fundamentally make Sky any better.

I still would like a remake. Some people don't seem to like PMD DX but I love it. I'd love to have a new game or another remake. I'd be happy with either.

I was really pleasantly surprised by DX. I didn't go into it expecting much but there were some good changes. I liked being able to switch off to the partner and the ability to choose non-starters as your partner was a nice touch.
