For a forgotten gal (in global mega franchise, at least), she seems to have quite a few consistent artists.

Being exclusive to Crystal and barely showing in the anime probably did it. We like to argue just when Pokemania fizzlrd out, but given how Pokemon superfans will venerate almostanything (indeed as shown by all of us posting here), whatever she got was too late. Or maybe she's just that funky.
