In addition, you seem to not only not understand the actual history of events in the real world, but how the Gen 7 games implied there's more universes than we've seen, which Anabel and the Rainbow Rocket gang. Multiverse doesn't mean just two, it means infinite. And it's arguable that each pair of games, if not each individual save file (again, depending how you want to count game mechanics), is it's own universe that only has vague versions of the events of the other games surrounding it. In a different example from BW, Cynthia implies that the events of Platinum happened in both Black and White, despite the differences between Black and White being fairly significant.
