I want to learn romhacking once it's developed and take Johto and up-port all the GSC exclusive Pokemon distributions and add in tons of content basically stolen wholesale from all the divided and scattered "better gen 2" overhauls.

Compared to how it was in the 2010s, progress has been pretty promising and more active. Light Platinum DS might be among the first rom hack to be completed.
