>>46469896First of all, Ditto copies all of the opponent's stats other than HP, so unless you're using Limber Ditto with transform, Timid/Jolly is irrelevant. And even Imposter Ditto gets OHKO'd by Outrage if your opponent reads the switch. If your counter relies on your opponent misplaying, it's not a good counter.
As for bulk waters, which ones specifically?
Suicune? Gets 2HKO'd and can't outspeed if it invests in bulk. Alomomola? Doesn't exist anymore. Toxapex? Gets 2HKO'd.
The only thing that works is Water Absorbers, but the only one worth a damn is Seismitoad, which, surprise surprise, is a fat stally piece of shit and encourages stall teams because people are already using Seismitoad anyway.
