>>46474709Whatever constitutes as "nicest" depends on who is testing the scent. If your preference is musky? Floral? Sugary? Minty? Etc Etc, then a Pokemon with that scent would smell the nicest to you.
As far as Pokemon that arbitrarily would have the best scent based on what their Pokedex entries say:
> SpritzeePokedex states that its scent enraptures its trainer, and that it is used often for making perfumes, so I would assume it would smell exceptionally good.
>MeganiumScent is described to put Pokemon and Trainers at ease and make them relax. Again based on this I'd assume they smell nice.
>BounsweetApparently they create an extremely sweet scent, one so tasty that they lure Pokemon to them and get eaten by them.
>LeafeonThere are various reasons for picking this one. One entry mentions that because it uses photosynthesis, there is a layer of clean air around it. Have you ever breathed in fresh, crisp air? Its the best. Another entry mentions that perfumes are made from it as well. And finally as it ages it starts to smell of dying leaves which to me personally is comforting I guess.
These are just my guesses
