>>46475562Not OP but this question is a bit tricky. Since these are fictional creatures and their culture and community is not fully known to us, we don't know what Pokemon may see as right or wrong. When it comes to the way humans view it, I think a part of what the Pokemon views would have to be taken into account here. However there would be some limits:
>The Pokemon's AgeTo humans age of consent is everything, this is incredibly important as for humans age of consent is a very large point into a Human's psychological state and physical state. The age of consent varies depending on where you are. For Pokemon (the species), we don't know. I would assume that any government or legal system that allows people to have this sort of interspecies relationship would have age regulations, and I'm going to make it broad and say the age of consent would be "Whatever the age a Pokemon is considered an adult for their species & their mental state". Could be 5 due to a species having a short lifespan, could be 40 due to them reaching maturity at some higher rate, could be 18 because they may have similar outlooks as humans.
It is important to remember, Pokemon DO physically age, so there are physical differences from a young pokemon to an older one.
>EvolutionSo Pokemon Evolution is a choice. Its not tied to age (afawk), you can stay a Machop for the rest of your life just because you want to be a Machop and don't want to evolve. In some cases this would cause ground for argument, specifically with "Baby Pokemon", as in the ones who cannot reproduce (Toxel, Riolu, etc) because they are biologically NOT adults (These stages of evolution may also effect their mental maturity too, they may 'cap' earlier). Even if they are in their adult ages, this would imo not be allowed.
>the lawThis, always this. The law determines what's right and wrong here. Democracy can help facilitate what people and pokemon would want.
