Since there's never going to be another mystery gift distribution event for these games, what's the easiest/least tedious method of getting the mythicals in Gen 3 (Ho-Oh, Lugia, Mew, Celebi, Jirachi and Deoxys)?

I went down the rabbit hole of glitches using pomeg berries/negative hp Banettes and trading between Emerald and FR/LG to corrupt a mythical into an egg but I was wondering if there were any more obscure glitches that could either spawn in the mystery island tickets or generate mythicals. I have a GBA, GBA SP, a link cable and all 5 gen 3 copies so i'm open to learning about any methods that work on legit hardware before I cave and buy an action replay or a flash cart and two wireless connectors to spoof a distribution cart.
