I removed the batteries. It only vibrated once since then, residual charge from the removed battery I imagine. Still creeped me out and now I can't see Togepi as anything but menacing.

Anything that requires me to play at the Game Corner.
I don't even hate the Game Corner, it's just that almost everything requires way too much grinding of the games, especially when you consider it's hard not to lose your fucking shirt. Buying the coins instead is even worse.
