Chétiflor, Boustiflor and Empiflor are pretty cool names
>all end in "flore" which translates to flora
>Chétif means weak, puny
>bous comes from boustifaille which means a large meal, could also come from bouffer which is informal speech to say eating but often in a rude and messy manner

German has the best Pokemon names imo.

>Lickitung = Schlurp
>Snorlax = Relaxo

Those are just my favourites from Gen 1 German Pokemon, the puns and funny sounding names get even better over the years.
