Only a minority give any fuck about offering their voice into voice acting for a specific character, and then theres no guarantee their voice isnt shit. If what you are implying is that they should be more open in hiring different people to dub, which they already do for some roles already, you are delusional, since it isnt efficient to waste money and time on auditions where appliants will mostly be nerds without actual voice training. Theres no real filter besides reputation, which would imply you can perform many different characters decently.
