None of them. What makes Megas interesting is the fact that they aren't permanent evolutions and that's crucial in the element of strategy they bring since literally all but a couple of them are reliant on timing.
At most, make it so Megas aren't supposed to be the fabled "3rd Stage Evolution" anymore.

Most of the pokemon with the -ilate abilities (except for Salamence). Now Return is no longer a thing, they have to rely on slightly weaker Normal moves to boost like Body Slam and Hyper Voice.

None. Instead Mons that already have 500+ BST: Mega Evolution only lasts 3 turns. Mons with 500- BST: Megas last the entire match. This way things like Mega Blastoise and Metagross can get an official nerf before they get needlessly banned to a format they can't do well in and things like Beedrill can be relevant to vouch a Mega slot
