The only real issue I have with BDSP, is that it seems they decided to go with the D/P version of Sinnoh, rather than the Platinum version where you saw snow in Twinleaf town, Route 201, Lake Verity, Route 202 and so on. It gave the sense of immersion that Sinnoh is a colder climate region due to it being more north than the regions before it. You could say that it's just a warmer time of the year and be done with it, but I always liked that little touch of detail in Platinum compared to D/P.
Outside of that little nitpick, I didn't have much of an issue with the BDSP's overall artstyle and I think it's fine as it is.
