This would unironically be perfect. Imagine a buff ass 7 foot tall dude who exclusively dressed in skirts and had a pacifier in his mouth 24/7 using Pokemon like Snubbull, and Slurpuff. And he was followed by a clique of cute girls and they watched anime and had tea parties together.

I'd love to see an Elite 4 that all run weather-based teams instead of simply going monotype - I think it'd be a refreshing change that requires a little more strategy to tackle.

I've always liked the idea of a University (campus) that function as the E4 or similar.

We've had Professors since Gen 1 but it's never really been fleshed out.

A university would allow for hyper-specialised teams that makes sense beyond typing. I'm suprised it's not been incorporated into the series, but I guess it's too complicated for the braindead literal children audience GF appear to cater for.

An example would be an amphibian water/ground Professor / expert, using a team full of frogs. Battle could be in the lab themed around a swap or you'd have to seek them out 'in the field' and battle them there.

Navigating some haunted woods, and finding ingredients for the Gym Leader's latest brew! You hafta go through a few little areas, and battle some trainers along the way. There's even a haunted house you go in, featuring a Rotom miniboss! After coming back to the Gym Leader with the ingredients, you learn she was just making food for her Pokemon.
The area is generally under the effect of this field.

Typical Ghost mons really, with a focus on abusing the field a bit. Things like a classic team of three Gastly (one has the elemental punches) or using Sableye, or Shedinja, the FWG trio in Frillish, Pumpkaboo, and Litwick, that kinda shit.

A short, younger gal who is actually a magician, but she prefers to call herself a super-powerful witch.
Her teams are pic related, for a normal mode and a hard mode. Her main focus is abusing her signature move: Hex, while also fucking around with the effects of the Field.
