If a pedo fucks a kid, or even pursues one, neck them on the fucking spot, absolutely, but if a person is attracted to minors but knows its wrong and doesn't act upon it THEY ARE NOT CRIMINALS. THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG. If fact, if they are seeking mental help for it, as many do, they are doing a lot better than most people.
