Just played through these for the first time in a decade. They hold up incredibly well. While not the best they are filled with pure SOUL. Shadow Pokemon and taking from other trainers was the only gimmick I've ever enjoyed. Fuck Megas, Fuck Dynamax. They also had one hell of soundtrack. I wish Nintento and GF would stop treating them like the ginger step children of the franchise and give them the attention they deserve.
