Make it so every stat matches its current HP, to suggest its strength in numbers.
The more hits it takes, the more Unowns get KO'd and the weaker the swarm is.

Rather than an evolution I'd make it a form change. There's a sidequest where you have to catch the different letters to translate a Rosetta Stone-like item called the Babel Sphere. As you catch more they gain a point to each stat (totalling 28) and once complete you can give the Babel Sphere to an Unknown to have them go a sort of primal reversion into the swarm from the 3rd movie

I mean its only move is Hidden Power which is 60BP, it can't boost or protect, and can't use items like Specs, so it's probably fine

They should make it like the evolution looks like several unown out together, but since unown is the quintessential gimmick mom, the evolution gimmick will be that you need 6 unown in your party that are in alphabetic order and at the exact same level and when you level one up to the required level they all form one
