OR/AS is cancerous pozzed Ohmori shitpile but there are hacks to fix the low difficulty while still keeping the few good things about it (Like dexnav, soaring and secret bases). My biggest fear for sinnohchads is that they get clowned on hard by Masuda with little to no Platinum content, just a 1:1 remake indistinguishable from the 2007 games. Not even any cool nee OC features.

I mean that I've been thinking about developing games as a passion project. These games are just another incentive for me to learn. Hopefully if I get really into it, I can try to remake these they way they should've been, but that would be way into the future.

A bit unrealistic but I just have a really deep emotional connection with the Sinnoh games and I'm crushed that the remakes were treated like this.

Apathetic, but content. Game Freak has proven time and time again they cannot into 3D world design. Alola was unmemorable and Galar is a glorified hallway. DP Sinnoh would be abhorrent if they were allowed to "reimagine" it.

At first people were just upset whenever someone implied games without the phys/special spilt were unplayable, which is reasonable, gen 1-3 are still fine, but then it just devolved into pure nonsense. At this point if they remade Gen 5 1:1 with BW/BW2 as separate game modes and included all Pokémon up to the end of Gen 8 I would still hate it because the 3D graphics look shit and I hate all the Gen 8 Pokémon.

Disappointed that they didn't include the battle frontier but I had a lot of fun with it. Stuff like the dexnav, secret bases with online, and the PSS from XY made it worth it in my eyes.

Pretty fucking stung by ORAS, I can't believe they give you a free Latias/Latios halfway through the main story, among the other host of issues. PSS and DexNav can't make up for that game.

Visually and conceptually so far I am pleased with BDSP. I'd prefer a faithful remake/remaster over fucking up the original. Right now there's really only speculation as to the game content but I prefer the art style to the washed out look of 6th and 8th gen

Not its gameplay, though. I don't want that. I do feel very sorry for the people who have been waiting so long for the Sinnoh remake and this is what they get.
