People's problems with how SW/SH looked was the baffling decision by GF to still keep to their dated ps1 tier design philosophy for a Switch game right down to the awkward "walk in place and turn around" or the "awkwardly pause mid motion in cutscene to wait for the player to hit the A button because no voice wo- no wait even most ps1 games scrapped that one, even games in that era didn't have the gall to relegate any actual action in a cutscene to be hidden by a black screen.

People expect developers to iterate and improve with each new entry; people want GF for once to not walk 2 steps back and just take what they offered and improve and add to it, not subtract and downgrade the next entry, like every other fucking developer on the planet does; make the color palette less drab, give all Pokemon actual animations not just a handful for a handful of specific moves, fix the backgrounds in battle, bring the cut-scenes up to par with the ps2, and for godsake fix the technical issues because those fucking built-in pop ins and Za WARUDO when using ladders are more fucking glaring and ridiculous than the n64 trees.
That's all that fucking amateur trailer made in a week does: proof of concept reusing assets that shows what a 3D Pokemon game can be with just a little actual care put into the world and environments and any Nintendo second party developer can easily make it look much better than that, yet faggots treat it like the equivalent of putting a model of Mario in Unreal Engine and keep bouncing on GF's cock.
