NM: Card has no, or very few imperfections such as print lines, a SPECK or two whitening, and I mean a tiny speck. ZERO scratches or wear.
LP: Somewhat similar to NM, but can have a few more specks of white, and maybe a tiny scratch or two. NO scratches on the holofoil by the way.
MP: Card is far passed having been put away or protected. Definitely a card that was played with, moved around a lot, etc. Expect major whitening and maybe a few scratches. Holo foil can definitely be lightly scratched.
HP: Card has massive whitening, massive scratches, but no damage.
Damaged: Anything that is creased, folded, bent, missing parts of the card.
Anyone trying to tell you anything else for raw cards is an absolute fucking idiot.
These conditions have existed forever and have been understood as such since forever.
