Dialga is probably the single strongest design for a legendary Pokémon that Sugimori ever came up with. What about it looks incomplete?

I like their designs as is, but they really do need new forms in the remakes and legends. Hopefully not just a palette swap or more spiky versions like some of the fan designs I've seen.
