With Lysandre, he just says full out what he wants to do, and boy is he crazy, but if he's not going full retard, then the people around him are. Like, he's so obviously evil from the moment he shows up, and no one bats an eyelash.
It's not quite the same with Cyrus. Even if you can tell he's off from the moment you meet him, something about how he handles himself is so much more tasteful.
When it comes to Black and White, if you had said N was better you might have an argument, or "Team Plasma" in general being better than "Team Galactic".
