What are some things that have existed in the earliest Pokemon games that you would like to see changed?

For me, it always confused me how Nidorina and Nidoqueen cannot breed with other Pokemon (a bug that GameFreak never bothered to fix, maybe?). Either make it so Nidorina/Nidoqueen can breed, or have some kind of Pokedex entry that explains WHY they can't breed.
