>>46552861 isn't exactly incorrect with his summation about competitive Sw/SH, but there are some actual reasons why these pokemon are in the tiers they are that I'll try to explain. I also believe the usage standards for a pokemon to change a tier were increased (I can't remember the specific numbers), which is one of the main contributing reasons there has being many wild usage tier changes.
>Moltres in OUTurns out Fire and Flying can be quite an effective defensive type. combine with Moltre's base stats, movepool (Ground-type Scald, Roost, Defog are all fantastic utility options, there) and immunity to stealth rocks through Heavy-Duty Boots, Moltres is able to become an effective defensive pivot similar to Zapdos in Gen 7 OU.
>Aegislash in UU-10 effective flat decrease to its defence and attacking base stats, combined with mons like Urshifu-SS and Spectrier absolutely shitting on it resulted in it dropping to UU, I would say it's possible for it become an OU mon again since the aforementioned two are banned, but that may not change due to overall powercreep.
>KeldeoFrom what I remember of Gen 7 OU, Keldeo was already having trouble in the tier due to the Tapus, Toxapex and some other stuff I don't care to mention, combined with general offensive powercreep, so I would say it's not really surprising it dropped to UU when it lost Hidden Power and didn't gain anything to make up for its lost.
>Rotom-WRotom-Wash essentially just became superceded by Rotom-Heat in this generation as the main Rotom form of use, due to the advent of Heavy-Duty Boots,, but it's also worth noting that Heat is more offensively effective against Ferrothorn, and fire is a good resistance against stuff like Rillaboom.
>Chandelure, Starmie and Arcanine.I can't really say due to never really playing a modern tier with these mons, though the aforementioned tiering changes and power creep is always relevant to say.
>The restNobody has bothered to tier them yet kek.
