Some mains like Rosa, Serena, Hilda, Lyra and Selene, some Gym Leaders+Captains like Jasmine, Mallow, Nessa, Candice, Skyla and Roxanne, some moms like Hilda's mom, Grace, Selene's mom and Delia. Couldn't care less about suiting up, so practical looking or full armor and protective suits aren't really part of the deal since a lot of suit stuff like latex can go too off the rails for my tastes so I've adapted to want to see human skin in my helmet/mask stuff in order to care about it, which is why things like Power Rangers, Kamen Rider and Metroid don't do anything fapwrothy for me, best response to it is just "heh, cool hero suit". Doesn't matter how practical or unpractical it is or its purpose, just has to cover most of the face or encase the whole head. Also a bit of a footfag but I just appreciate the female form and that happens to be part of it, so I'm likely to want to see headwear paired with dresses or a character's plain clothes if anything.
Don't really need that stuff in Pokémon to make or break my enjoyment of the games, but I did like that Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire pushed those buttons and even though the addition of Aqua/Magma Suit added an interesting layer (SPACE) for where the games could steer later. We have model rips now, so it's not a big deal if that stuff doesn't make the cut.
