Xatu: Xatu predicts that the enemy will wander into some overgrowth and become knotted in the vines. This prediction comes to pass immediately.
Solrock: Solrock's shape mimics the sun and it inspires plant life to grow around the enemy. The enemy then becomes knotted in this newly grown vegetation.
Metagross: Wraps his four legs around them and squeezes in a manner similar to being knotted in vines.
Empoleon: Manipulates water into a whip-like shape and wraps the enemy with this water whip. This inflicts Grass type damage.
Krookodile: I'm pretty sure Krookodile has a tail it could do this with. It could also bite them and the sensation of being caught in its jaws may be similar to being caught in vines.
Togekiss: French kisses the enemy and wraps it's tongue around the enemy's tongue in a manner similar to becoming tangled in vines.
Celesteela: Wraps the enemy in vines or something, idk.
