Ice Head doesn't work on special attackers, and Disguise (as of gen 8) causes you to take 10% of the damage you nornally would have taken.

Disguise is way better, though because it blocks all attacks and not just physical ones.

No, it causes Mimikyu to lose 10% of its max HP regardless of what kind of hit it takes.
