It's too similar to grass. It has too many weaknesses to so many types. Bug moves are only effective against Grass, Psychic, and Dark and those types already have a lot of types to counter them which makes a buy type Pokémon completely useless on a team.

Make it not weak to rock and fire but make it weak to electric because bug zappers, bugs live under rocks, and anything can be killed with fire.

Make it strong against Electric, like a computer bug.
And get rid of the rock weakness. The only reason bugs irl are particularly vulnerable to rocks is because they're so small. Bugs as big as bug-type Pokemon would, if anything, be less vulnerable to rocks because they have exoskeletons.

Bug isn’t OP, U-turn is. Volt Switch has a type and several abilities immune to it, Flip Turn has several abilities immune to it and is weaker than the other two as well as having a weak distribution, and Parting Shot is a status move.
