Kiss moves are all over the place - They should been standarized. (all make contact, have 80%hit, do damage and have secondary effect

Yeah Sacred Fire's GSC animation (and thus the stadium 2 animation), is just a more elaborate flame wheel. Checking Bulba again the GBA games all used the "ring of fire" version too.
