Duosion
Machoke
Decent attack and absurd bulk, but slow to the point of comedy.
Rhydon, Dusclops, and Chansey I refuse to count as they were fully evolved mons in their respective gens.

Yeah, its stats are pretty good actually, you can even run Life Orb instead of Eviolite. Just stick to lower tiers because almost everything in higher tiers destroys it.

It is yea. Like the other anon said you can run other items. It actually has the same base stat total as scizor.
I like this bulky swords dance set
Scyther @eviolite
252 hp/4 attack/252 speed
Swords dance
Aerial ace
Roost
Brick break/bug bite/quick attack

The last move is up to you and changes what it can beat naturally. Either gives it an option against steels, extra stab, or priority. You could also run u-turn if you need to get out of dodge, but obviously this set is more to take extra hits and stay in and stack boosts/roost of damage. The HP evs help it take more hits and get more boosts. A lot of people dont expect it.

Forgot to add a nature. Jolly is the obvious choice but adamant might be better if you use quick attack. You could also add more bulk by investing in defenses but I dont have any relevant calcs as to what you would survive/not survive.

I love electabuzz but yea its just not good for competitive anymore. The split hurt It, losing hidden power hurt it, and it always had to compete with jolteon which does what it does better. loved using elemental punches+psychic in gen 2 though. Never liked electavires design and hate its stats. Like they made it slower for some reason, gave it flamethrower but kept its spatk the same. Not a fan.

Glad to hear it. Its underrated. Not sure what current ou is like but it might even surprise some of the pokemon there and take em out.

Scyther is bad competitively. As that anon said you can use it in lower tiers but as a gimmick that won't do well. Scizor has STAB Technician Bullet Punch, higher Attack, and the added Steel typing goes from Bug/Flying weaknesses to having 1 weakness (Fire), Normal/Grass/Bug/Ice/Steel/Fairy resistance, and Poison immunity.

Surprised I haven't seen this one mentioned yet. I don't think I've seen a single Cursola used to the point that for a while I thought it was just a nickname for GCorsola like Alolachu. Meanwhile Corsola was one of the MVPs on my monoghost team.

That and it looks like a cool ghost mummy thing doing the thriller dance, whereas dusknoir looks like the floating clown vehicle that bowser rides in mario world.
