I'm a man, a 6 foot 7 burly hairy manly man, and my thighs are unironically bigger than my hips. They are 95 pure muscle, and are 30 inches in circumference each. These thighs have unironically bent metal and they have crushed melons. To this day, I can still rep squat 800-900 pounds with them. My secret? I treat every work out as leg day. I run, I squat, I swim (using only my legs) My diet is mostly protein, fruits, and carbs for fuel. I also practice hip binding to keep the gains down below and not above. I've got the thighs of a fucking amazon, and all it takes is dedication and practice.
