>>46581109True. Those are the only ghost moves, and Night Shade does fixed amount of damage and work on psychic type so it's only lick, and lick is so weak you shouldn't use it in battle.
Plus the only ghost types in gen 1 were also poison type, who are weak to psychic, so ghost types wouldn't have been a good Psychic counter even if psychic was weak to ghost.
Same for bug, the only bug pokemon who learn bug moves is also poison types (Beedril) and all the gen 1 bug types moves are trash.
