Honestly at this point why not just make all the Eevees stone evos? It’s just inconsistent and boring at this point because friendship evos are tedious.

Espeon: Sun Stone
Umbreon: Moon Stone
Sylveon: Dawn Stone

This leaves the Shiny and Dusk stones, which are actual counterparts (their Nip names are Light and Dark stone)

The only reason I'd contest the Dawn stone for Sylveon, is that it's only used on Pokemon with gender-based evolutions.

Yeah, Shiny Stone fits Sylveon better. It’s just counterpart autism. 2/4 Shiny evos are Fairies, another is in the fairy egg group, and Mincinno isn’t that far removed from Fairies despite neither being in the type or egg group. Togekiss used to be Normal so I feel like besides Sylveon a Shiny Stone Normal Eevee and a Dusk Stone Ghost Eevee could work, but Normal Eevee sounds like it’d be the final greatest Eevee.

The translators up to Gen IV had burger executive bosses who told them to translate it differenetly/flat out replace the correct translation with an incorrect one, because they thought it sounded more fitting (We have rabbits that splash, because burgerlanders couldn't wrap their heads around fish hopping out of the water) so crying "th-they mixed stone names up" is foolish - they were more likely overruled by the big boss because the big boss was a fucking retard who needed things to suit his biases.

The only ones I can even think of are Espeon and Umbreon because of the time. The rest of them just pop Vitamins on them and level them.

Yeah but here's the thing: Sylveon debuted without a counterpart, so a heart scale would be a better fit because it's meant to be the 'odd one out' of the vees.
Dusk stone would be given to the ghost variant; and shiny stone should be given to a bug type vee that's based on a firefly or moth that produces light.
