>>46585937Nope, For most of my childhood, when I really got into pokemon, I really liked Swampert, since Mudkip was the only starter I liked from the trio. Then, being a dumb (Efficient) kid, I'd only ever use mudkip in battles and just steamroll most of the game with it.
Then I went through a cringy, nihilistic "I'm much smarter than everyone else" phase in my teens and Garchomp became my favorite.
Then I got over myself and learned to appreciate pokemon for being more than just spiky murder beasts and Lopunny became my favorite. Still really like Garchomp though.
