Azumarill was straight garbage in gen 2. It only got better later on because of huge power, then the special/physical split, then fairy typing.
Politoed is a shitmon that only became relevant because it got drizzle in gen 5.

Anyway I like Hatterine's prevos too, and the Dubwool line. Which I forgot about. Aside from that thought, I don't really like Gen 8. Thoughts on Cramorant? It's neat that it swallows Pikachu but aside from that, it's just a big blue bird to me.
