Here's my tweaks.
Nothing is weak to or super-effective on more than 4 types.
Fairy is cancer so I removed it.

This seems like a negative for the meta, shit like Specs Dragapult does not need to be more powerful. If you want to remove Fairy, at least give some other type a Dragon resistance to balance it out.

Pokemon that use Counter and Mirror Coat don't take damage at all, but still deal out double the damage that would have occurred. The move works like protect, however, and the chances of successfully using then consecutively decrease after every consecutive use. The PP is capped at 8. So the moves essentially become anime accurate while also adding a new strategy to the meta.
